3. Accurate cross-sectional shape and scale
Because of the plastic physical properties, pressure, temperature and other factors caused by the mold release expansion effect, and the shrinkage effect caused by the traction effect, the cross-sectional shape and size of the molding area of the die are not the cross-sectional shape and size required by the plastic part, so the design At this time, it is necessary to compensate for the appropriate shape and size of the die, determine the size of the runner, control the molding length of the die, and obtain an accurate cross-sectional shape and size.
4. Reasonable selection of materials
The flow channel in the die touches the movable plastic melt, and wears a lot; some plastics will also generate chemical gases during the high-temperature molding process, which will corrode the flow channel.
